Terms of Service
Welcome to Puzzlica. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile applications ("Apps") published by Artemenko Bohdan ("Puzzlica", "we", "us", or "our"), including Gems Chain, Triarch: Orbital Clash, and any future titles, as well as our website at www.puzzlica.com (the "Site").
By downloading, installing, or using any of our Apps or visiting our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Apps. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
2. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the Apps or any part thereof
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Apps
- Use the Apps for any unlawful purpose
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
- Use bots, scripts, or automated means to interact with the Apps
3. In-App Purchases
Our Apps may offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies. We do not store your payment information.
4. Advertising
Our Apps may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. These ads may use cookies or device identifiers to deliver personalized content. You can manage ad preferences through your device settings.
5. Intellectual Property
All content in our Apps and on our Site — including but not limited to graphics, audio, code, game mechanics, text, and trademarks — is owned by Puzzlica or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Apps
- Interfere with other users' experience
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the Apps in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair them
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Apps and Site are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Puzzlica shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Apps or Site.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our Apps at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your license to use the Apps is immediately revoked.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
