How Can We Help?

Our games save progress locally on your device. If you reinstall the game or switch to a new device, your progress may not carry over automatically.

To avoid losing data, make sure your device backs up app data via iCloud (iOS) or Google Drive (Android). If you've already lost progress, contact us at hello@puzzlica.com and we'll do our best to help.

Try these steps first:

1. Make sure you're running the latest version of the game from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Restart the app completely (close it from the app switcher, then reopen).
3. Restart your device.
4. If the issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

If none of that works, email us at hello@puzzlica.com with your device model and OS version so we can investigate.

Our games offer an optional in-app purchase to remove all ads permanently. Look for the "Remove Ads" option in the game's settings or pause menu.

This is a one-time purchase that applies to the game you bought it in. Each game has its own separate ad-removal purchase.

No! All of our games work fully offline. You can play on flights, in the subway, or anywhere without Wi-Fi or mobile data.

An internet connection is only needed to download the game initially and to receive updates.

When reporting a bug, please include your device model, OS version, and a brief description of the issue — it helps us fix things faster.

All Puzzlica games are available on both Android (Google Play) and iOS (App Store). We currently have three games:

Gems Chain — a strategic chain-reaction puzzle game with 500 levels.
Triarch: Orbital Clash — a fast-paced real-time tower strategy game.
Infinity Sweep — infinite minesweeper with no edges and no finish line.
